The urban framework
Land use and movement studies establish the structure for new development.
The boulevard
A continuous landscape connects stepped public spaces, planting and movement along the boulevard.
Affordable housing
The proposal groups compact homes within a planted residential setting.
Residential typologies
Simplex and duplex studies develop the relationship between individual homes, circulation and shared space.
Premium housing
A separate housing study organises larger residences around courts and the hillside landscape.
Prime Hub
The incubation hub combines a low horizontal building with a vertical marker, set into the sloping site.

Workspaces and shared facilities surround internal open space.
Prime Hub extension
The extension study adds a pair of taller volumes connected by a shared lower building.
The bus terminal
A broad shelter and a vertical landmark give the transport interchange a civic presence.
Terminal organisation
Stacked programmes and the site section separate movement and support functions within the sloping terrain.
The sports tower
A compact vertical arrangement brings recreation into a small footprint.
